Administrative Certification Program - Director of Special Education

The University of the Cumberlands' Director of Special Education program of study is designed for individuals who have master's degree or a Fifth Year non-degree in education and have graduated from an institution of higher learning with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Candidates must also have a current teaching certificate in the field of Special Education. Additional requirements include a minimum of three years of experience as a special education teacher. Candidates must have an official transcript on file with the University's Registrar's Office and be accepted by the Graduate Admissions Committee for entry into this program.
